Job Opportunity: Lead Construction Methods

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our construction approaches for high-priority and complex projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RCC and steel construction, with hands-on experience in the Gulf region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Tender Review & Technical Analysis
    • Analyze tender documents and drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements
    • Prepare technical queries and liaise with clients to clarify any discrepancies
  • Construction Methodology Development
    • Create site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies to ensure efficient project execution
    • Plan resources including labor and plant equipment to meet project demands
  • Design Coordination & Value Optimization
    • Collaborate with in-house design teams to create construction-friendly designs that meet project specifications
    • Coordinate with external consultants to ensure design/drawing alignment with client requirements
    • Optimize designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality
  • Technology & Equipment Expertise
    • Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment to improve construction processes
    • Develop methodologies for complex structures to ensure safe and successful project completion
  • Site Support & Execution
    • Conduct regular site visits to review progress and suggest alternative solutions to achieve project goals
    • Work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation and effective communication
  • Communication & Documentation
    • Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders
    • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in Gulf countries with exposure to modern construction techniques and best practices
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles and engineering concepts
  • Familiarity with the latest construction technologies and fast-track execution methods
  • Knowledge of plant and machinery used in construction
  • Expertise in modern formwork systems and erection techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with design and execution teams to achieve project objectives
  • Proficiency in preparing and interpreting technical drawings and sketches
