Precast Project Leadership Role

As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple precast projects to set benchmarks, align resources, track progress, and showcase the benefits of precast technology in various infrastructure and buildings projects across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee execution of precast projects to achieve productivity improvements, superior quality, and enhanced safety.
  • Propose alternative precast construction methods in key ongoing and tender projects to accelerate delivery and improve productivity.
  • Establish a robust network of execution resources including precast vendors, mould manufacturers, accessory suppliers, and modern machinery agencies.
  • Mobilize execution workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, and prestressing/post-tensioning to ramp up precast setup quickly and continually improve time-to-peak in project execution.
  • Lead a team of production and installation engineers along with flying squads deputed to various sites per project needs. Build cross-functional capability in teams for infrastructure and building knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Must have B.E. – Civil Engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 20-25 years of total work experience is required.
  • Certifications like PMP/Lean/Six Sigma are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in construction methods and planning for precast construction.
  • Infrastructure precast expertise.
  • Building exposure and international experience are preferred.
