Seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive to spearhead our online bidding and IT sales initiatives.

We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead the charge in acquiring new clients in untapped markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and secure new business opportunities via leading platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
  • Ongoing optimization of company profiles across these platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Develop persuasive proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing our unique value proposition.
  • Maintain market and competitor intelligence to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet performance goals.
  • Foster long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and meet client expectations.
  • Leverage tools like Sales Navigator, email outreach software, and CRM systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in IT business development and online bidding.
  • A strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets, targeting North America and Europe.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
