Manage the production of internal newsletters, announcements, and updates with internal stakeholders and partner agencies.", "Brand Management": "Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with SPJIMR’s objectives to enhance brand awareness and engage stakeholders effectively. Ensure all communications are consistent and aligned with brand voice and guidelines.", "Stakeholder Engagement": "Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty and staff, students, alumni, donors, corporate partners, and the broader SPJIMR community. Foster strong partnerships and collaborations to advance the institute’s goals and objectives.", "Event Coordination": "Plan and execute events, such as press conferences, media roundtables, speaker series, and other institute-wide events as required. Ensure seamless coordination, successful outcomes, and a memorable experience for attendees.", "Vendor Management": "Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong partnerships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services. Ensure invoices and purchase requisitions are shared in a timely manner and coordinate with internal departments as required to process payments.", "Analytics and Reporting": "Monitor analytics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and partner agencies to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of communication strategies.", "Requirements": "Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably within higher education or a related field.", "Preferred Qualifications": "Experience working on the agency side in education, corporate/management preferred.
