What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
As an Associate Partner, you will:
- Work directly with the leadership on critical initiatives across marketing, product, and growth.
- Take ownership of projects that span customer research, brand strategy, new product launches, and partnerships.
- Gain exposure to P&L management and decision-making on e-commerce channels.
- Drive cross-functional execution by collaborating with teams across operations, creative, and supply chain.
- Contribute to high-impact projects — from scaling global markets to shaping new category strategies.
