Operations Leadership Role

As a key operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our team. This includes leading cross-functional teams, managing scheduling, and ensuring smooth handoffs between departments.

To achieve this goal, we require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills. The successful candidate will design, document, and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all stages of our onboarding process.

  • Manage team leadership and scheduling to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop SOPs for each stage of the onboarding process to minimize bottlenecks and improve pipeline throughput.
  • Monitor daily dashboards to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in operations management within staffing/recruiting, edtech/training, BPO, or services environments. The ideal candidate will have strong program/project management skills, data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Design and implement SOPs to streamline processes and reduce errors.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in operations management within staffing/recruiting, edtech/training, BPO, or services environments.
  • Strong program/project management skills, data-driven decision-making, and obsession with execution.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS, Google Sheets/Excel, and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp Business or similar.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.

  • Reduced time-to-onboard and time-to-first-submission.
  • Higher submissions-to-interview and interview-to-offer conversion rates.
  • Improved show-up and join rates.
  • On-time SOP compliance and zero critical defects.
  • NPS/CSAT improvements from candidates and internal stakeholders.
