- Growth Experiments:
- Ideate, run, and optimize growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention to identify areas of improvement and drive business growth.
- Track key metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on successful strategies and improve overall growth outcomes.
- Create engaging content (emails, blog posts, one-pagers, case studies) that showcases the company's expertise and helps win attention and trust from potential customers.
- Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to establish the company as a thought leader in its industry and build brand awareness.
- Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into actionable product enhancements and campaign strategies.
- 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
- Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers)
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data
- Willingness to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, and knocking on digital doors
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools
