**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Coordinator to join our team at Éclat Media Worldwide Private Limited. As a key member of our events team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the planning and execution phases.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and expectations for each event. This involves active listening and translating their vision into actionable plans.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals outlining event details, including venue options, catering, décor, entertainment, and budget estimates. Present these proposals to clients and negotiate terms as needed.
  • Coordination and Execution: Coordinate with various departments and vendors to execute events seamlessly. This includes scheduling, logistics management, operation planning, creative outcomes, and ensuring all elements align with client expectations.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during the planning process or on the event day itself. This requires quick thinking and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Budget Management: Participate in managing budgets and ensuring all expenses are within agreed-upon financial frameworks. This may involve cost negotiation with vendors and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Post-Event Follow-Up: Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for future improvements. Maintain relationships with clients for potential future engagements.

**Qualification and Requirements:**

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing or event management within the events industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum.
