Compliance Analyst Position

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review artifacts for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

This role involves data analytics, data analysis, and experience with emerging technologies such as A.I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits and reviews of artifacts related to our software development life cycle framework.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement in compliance processes.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Conduct risk assessments and evaluate controls to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to compliance auditing.
  • Assist in the development of audit strategies and plans based on data insights.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in auditing and compliance.
  • 4+ years of experience in compliance data management and regulatory analysis methods.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of SDLC processes and auditing frameworks.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience with emerging A.I. technologies.
