Compliance Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned compliance leader is sought to drive strategic initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across US and Canada operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective internal compliance programs, controls, and processes.
  • Provide expert legal counsel on labor laws, company policies, vendor contracts, and cross-border operations.
  • Review and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, client contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to US Staffing-related legal standards.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure labor law compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of corporate and labor law, with experience leading compliance functions for mid-to-large organizations.

We seek an individual with strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters, as well as exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of driving compliance initiatives and improving regulatory outcomes.
  • Expertise in Indian corporate and labor law, with a strong understanding of US and Canada business legalities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
