Job Opportunity:

  • Oversight of project delivery meeting quality and budgetary targets, with a focus on timely completion.
  • Providing technical support and expertise within asset management life cycle, from specification to optimization.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of asset life cycles and their impact on business operations.
  • Collaboration with existing and new clients, bringing real-life examples and experience to bear in driving business outcomes.
  • Flexibility in approach, working effectively across sectors and industries as part of a team or individually.
  • Leading small-medium sized projects or sub-projects, generating project plans and benefit cases that align with organizational goals.
  • Promoting and marketing company services during client interfaces, highlighting value proposition.
  • Encouraging innovative thinking among team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Guiding team development through succession planning, CPD, mentoring, and effective graduate development structures.
  • Identifying thought leadership opportunities and engaging with Global Excellence Centres to drive industry recognition.

Key Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience from industry or consultancy background, with a track record of delivering asset management led projects or working in asset operations environment.
  • Good design knowledge, Asset Management understanding, Reliability Centred Maintenance approach, ISO55001, FMECA, Lean Principles, Legislation compliance, and Risk assessments.
  • Experience in change programmes, digital approaches, data analytics, and system development, with a focus on innovation and business growth.
  • Strong influencing, motivating, delegation skills, and relationship building, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Engineering, mathematics, or science-based degree, with a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Chartered Engineer status or membership of relevant Professional Institution, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
