Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal across global offices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Asset Lifecycle Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire process, ensuring accurate tracking, and utilizing ServiceNow HAM Pro to streamline asset workflows.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Leadership Experience: 12+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro is mandatory.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is required. ITIL certification is a plus.

Global Enterprise Environment: Experience managing IT assets in a global enterprise environment is highly desirable.
