Project Delivery Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to lead our project delivery portfolio. This role requires an individual with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery.

  • 15 years of experience in IT and business roles, including development, implementation, and maintenance of systems
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or engineering, or equivalent work experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presence in meetings
  • Elevated attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Excel, Visio, and PPT skills
  • Skilled in JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines with shifting priorities
  • Previous technical project management experience in high-tech environments is essential for success
  • Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery portfolios of small-large projects within various industries
  • Leading geographically dispersed technologists across multiple time zones
  • Leveraging established governance frameworks for demand management of incoming requests from multiple teams
  • Working with PMs and DMs to prioritize, plan, schedule, and deliver projects
  • Coaching and mentoring teams for delivery excellence
  • Identifying, tracking, and mitigating interdependencies between workstreams
  • Providing regular status, risks, and issues updates
  • Engaging with clients at different levels of the organization
  • Authoring and reviewing contracts, ensuring completeness and status updates
  • Escalating roadblocks and delays as necessary
