Job Responsibilities
  • Drive growth and expansion by developing and executing strategies that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.
  • Strive for exceptional customer satisfaction and experience through continuous product improvement.
  • Responsible for achieving key performance indicators (P&L, customers on-boarded, activated) for assigned categories.
Relationship Management
  • Establish and nurture relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other key partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer-centric principles within the organization and with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them efficiently.
  • Identify key personnel in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and competition.
Product Enablement
  • Become an expert in company products and offerings, creating compelling business models and pitch decks.
  • Work with internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on company products – RuPay, UPI, IMPS, AePS, and others.
  • Oversee multiple onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Prepare dashboards and trackers for management review on a regular basis.
Preferred Candidates
  • Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
  • Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
  • Knowledge of AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
