Your Role: Senior Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional people experiences that drive business growth organically. You'll focus on streamlining the people's journey, removing frictions, and optimizing for engagement.

You'll use data-driven insights to inform culture-related decisions and develop strategic plans to achieve our goals. Your expertise in talent acquisition, people ops, and people partnering will help us attract, excite, and nurture top talent. Additionally, you'll own the learning and development function, setting it up from scratch and driving its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline the people's journey from the first touch point to exit, removing frictions and optimizing for engagement.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform culture-related decisions and develop strategic plans to achieve our goals.
  • Owning the learning and development function, setting it up from scratch and driving its growth.
  • Attracting, exciting, and nurturing top talent through effective people partnering and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Any degree, but razor-focused on crafting exceptional people experiences that delight and value individuals.
  • Talent Acquisition - a role-agnostic specialist who believes in cracking any role with the right tools and inputs.
  • People Ops - super comfortable with numbers, using Excel and advanced formulae to automate processes and set up scalable people processes.
  • People Partnering - understanding the pulse of a fast-growing startup and conceptualizing, designing, and executing impactful engagement strategies.
  • Learning & Development - owning this function from ground zero, navigating unknown territories, and setting it up for growth.
