We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to drive business growth through innovative data analysis and machine learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise
    • Achieve proficiency in AI/ML concepts, including the development and deployment of at least one AI system currently running in production.
    • Develop a strong foundation in Python programming, with experience in API development using Flask or FastAPI and error handling.
    • Understand asynchronous programming and database integration with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
  • Production Software Development
    • Design and develop robust production software that serves real users, with error handling and logging capabilities.
    • Experience with cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms and collaborative development using Git workflows.
  • Business Solution Development
    • Translate business needs into technical solutions, recognizing and handling dirty/inconsistent data.
    • Exception handling, designing workflows for edge cases and errors.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years total software development experience.
  • 1+ production AI project experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving, demonstrating ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
Portfolio Requirements:
  • Must show evidence of one working AI application with LLM integration.
  • Python projects code samples showing API development and data processing.
  • Production deployment examples of applications currently running and serving users.
  • Problem-solving ability, providing examples of debugging complex issues or optimizing performance.
