Art Director - Creative

The role of Art Director involves leading the visual direction of integrated campaigns across various media platforms. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for driving concept development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all creative outputs.
  • Concept Development: Partner with copywriters and strategists to generate innovative ideas that are rooted in insight and executed with finesse.
  • Client Collaboration: Present and articulate creative ideas to clients, offering a strategic rationale and building trust through clear communication.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers, fostering a culture of creative excellence and continuous learning.
  • Executional Excellence: Oversee all stages of production to ensure creative integrity is maintained through delivery.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with copy, strategy, tech, production, and account management teams to bring ideas to life cohesively across all media.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven portfolio with award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • Strong command over design fundamentals.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and production workflows.
  • Confident in handling large teams, multiple brands, and fast-paced timelines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in visual storytelling.
  • Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
