Job Title: Sales Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and overseeing an advisory team, providing product and technique training, controlling agents and team leaders performance and productivity, and completing sales based on leads created by team members.

You will also be responsible for creating Management Information System (MIS) reports and overseeing the procurement and use of databases. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and drive business growth.

Candidates Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Graduation from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
