Executive IT Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee daily IT operations and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure network availability, server performance, and system uptime.
  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Manage day-to-day IT tasks and user requests.
  • Implement and manage software deployment, updates, and patching across our systems.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy).
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
  • Experience with Firewall, Endpoint Protection System (EPS), and Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with database management (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
