Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Atlassian tools administration, customization, integration, and optimization. They will play a pivotal role in configuring, administering, and optimizing JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence to align with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • JIRA Administration & Customization:
    • Configure, administer, and optimize JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence to meet business requirements.
    • Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and notification schemes.
  • Advanced Configuration & Scripting:
    • Create and optimize complex JQL queries for reporting and dashboards.
