Position Summary:

We are looking for an expert Manual Tester to join us in implementing high-quality project deliveries, guaranteeing customer satisfaction through rigorous testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all testing aspects of project delivery
  • Perform manual testing of our products: functional, integration, performance, sanity, and regression tests
  • Write test data using files/SQL scripts, configure the system, and run test scenarios
  • Work with other team members and across departments to reach successful completion of the tests
  • Create and update test progress in our tracking system

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3-6 years experience as QA Engineer or Manual Tester, with deep understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in SQL and familiarity with at least one of the following databases: MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
  • Technically oriented, with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Comfortable with analyzing logs.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills in both English languages.
  • Can-do attitude, ability to work independently, customer-facing abilities
  • Experience working in Agile SCRUM methodologies -advantage
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket (Git) -advantage

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Some exposure to banking finance domain would be nice to have.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in testing practices, tools, and technologies to improve testing processes.

Education:

  • BE or higher in computer science, engineering, or relevant field
