Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Testing professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and validation processes. You will work closely with development teams to identify issues, enhance product quality, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute tests and analyze results to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality aspects.
- Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance with testing standards and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
