**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Testing Proficiency**:

- Conduct performance, stress, and functional tests on drone systems.
- Ensure that all tests align with established quality standards and safety regulations**.**:

- **Quality Assurance Expertise**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of QA standards specific to aviation and drone technology.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality guidelines.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyse test results to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Document findings clearly and provide actionable insights for product enhancements.
- **Defect Detection and Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software defects throughout the testing process.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- **Calibration and Testing Equipment**:

- Utilize lab equipment to perform precise calibrations and measurements.
- Ensure testing environments are properly set up and maintained for accurate results.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Advocate for and implement QA processes that promote reliability and product quality.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to enhance QA methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or testing within the aerospace or drone industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with relevant aviation safety regulations and compliance protocols.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
