Senior Project Manager Position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and with exceptional quality.

  • Lead the project from design to execution, ensuring seamless customer experience throughout.
  • Analyze drawings (2D/3D) of various disciplines, identify potential discrepancies, and foresee risks in execution.
  • Validate and review work orders, BOQs, and drawings, providing technical inputs to site supervisors as needed.
  • Create detailed project schedules highlighting interdependencies of tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Audit site work through regular inspections and remote monitoring, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement corrective solutions to performance bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement.

For success in this role, you will need a strong project management background, excellent interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities. A deep understanding of site execution is essential, along with a high level of ownership, learning aptitude, and ability to prioritize work effectively.

This position requires a proactive and process-driven individual who can deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment. Experience working with ops-focused startups is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Site Management: Oversee site operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
