Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our project delivery and ensure timely completion of projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, with expertise in project management methodologies and practices.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their full potential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and vendors.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget projections.
  • Leading meetings, workshops, and other collaboration sessions to ensure effective project execution.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders, including project status reports, risk assessments, and issue resolutions.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in Project Management within an IT/infrastructure, datacenter, or SaaS environment. They will also have expertise in Agile methodologies, Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence), and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management within an IT/infrastructure, datacenter, or SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
