Content Developer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our organization. As a Technical Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining digital building blocks used in engineering software.

These blocks represent both visually and control engineering products that we use in our systems. The software package supports various engineering departments around the world in drawing and configuring newly designed systems.

The goal of the Technical Content Specialist is to guide the design process and develop the building block after the design process. Information required for designing these building blocks is gathered through various engineering departments within the organization.

Core tasks include:

  • Designing and creating new blocks based on product documentation and input from the engineering departments
  • Using XLM code to build rules and constraints in ESoT tool
  • Maintaining existing building blocks
  • Periodic releases of building block libraries and supplying associated support

Desired job skills include knowledge of mechanical tooling software, IT affinity, and ability to think abstractly with model-based understanding and maintaining complex relationships.

Qualifications include a BE or B Tech degree in a technical background preferably mechanical, mechatronics, and computer science engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality and efficiency of our digital building blocks.

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our engineering software.
