Job Title: Creative Design Associate

We are seeking a passionate and imaginative individual to join our team as a Creative Digital Associate. This junior-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with digital platforms to create compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities include designing social media creatives, banners, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials that reflect brand identity. Additionally, the role involves supporting in developing digital-first content for campaigns, websites, and emailers, adapting and repurposing designs across multiple formats and platforms, collaborating with content and marketing teams to brainstorm fresh creative concepts, and maintaining consistency in visual style and brand guidelines across all deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of design experience, internships, or full-time.

Nice-to-Have Skills include familiarity with UI UX design basics, photography, illustration, or animation skills.
