We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer & Web Administrator to lead our digital presence and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in creating professional designs using Canva, extensive hands-on experience building and managing Wix websites, and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in platform-optimized content that drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling social media content across major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter.
  • Design digital assets using Canva: social media graphics, event flyers, presentations, infographics.
  • Develop visual content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Manage and update company websites on Wix, ensuring fresh and accurate content for conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand identity.
  • Design high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing assets.
  • Optimize website for usability, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and refine design strategies based on engagement data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in Canva and ability to create professional designs.
  • Wix Website Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Wix websites.
  • Social Media Design Specialist: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in platform-optimized content that drives engagement.
  • Deep Understanding of Digital Trends: Knowledge of social media trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
  • Proven Content Creation: Ability to create content aligning with brand voice while maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Brand Consistency Expert: Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and audience psychology.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and web analytics.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics for social media.
  • Understanding of paid social advertising design requirements.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC content creation.
  • Analytics experience (Google Analytics, social media insights, engagement tracking).
