We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Communications Director to lead and manage our communication strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with a strong focus on social media management and employer branding. They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and visibility. They will build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, industry influencers, and stakeholders. Additionally, they will oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies across all platforms, track performance using analytics tools, and generate reports to optimize strategy.

This role requires collaboration with senior leadership to develop and execute communication plans aligned with organizational goals. The candidate must be able to manage budgets related to communication activities and campaigns, analyze communication effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies across all platforms.
• Track performance using analytics tools and generate reports to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage budgets related to communication activities and campaigns.
• Analyze communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with a strong focus on social media management and employer branding.
• Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns, social media strategies, and internal/external communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with media, stakeholders, and employees.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
