**Job Purpose:**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Communications Director to lead and manage our communication strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in public relations, social media management, employer branding, and both external and internal business communication, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and visibility.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
* Coordinate press releases, media briefings, and interviews; manage crisis communication when necessary.
* Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.
* Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies across all platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
* Develop engaging content that aligns with the organization's brand voice and objectives.
* Track social media performance using analytics tools; generate reports and insights to optimize strategy.
* Manage social media advertising campaigns and collaborations.
* Craft and disseminate key messages, presentations, and other communication materials for external stakeholders.
* Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums.
* Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all external communication channels.
* Develop and manage internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
* Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
* Facilitate effective communication between management and staff, fostering a positive workplace environment.
* Design and implement strategies to enhance the organization's employer brand and attract top talent.
* Develop compelling content for recruitment materials, career sites, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to promote the company culture and employee value proposition.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
* Manage budgets related to communication activities and campaigns.
* Analyze communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with a strong focus on social media management and employer branding.
* Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns, social media strategies, and internal/external communication.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with media, stakeholders, and employees.
* Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

**Salary:** ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
