Strategic HR Risk Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies within the HR function, embedding them in all aspects of HR work.
  • Design and deliver strategic plans for the function, ensuring activities are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Represent HR in centralized risk management forums and projects, providing expert insight into HR risk management.
  • Own controls testing for HR, provide assurance, track remediation, and improve control/documentation processes.
  • Ensure HR compliance through continuous evolution of compliance programs and challenging processes through testing.
  • Design new risk-related programs to address emerging strategic HR risk management issues and lead resolution efforts.
  • Advise on risk management and compliance for internal HR projects.

Local Risk Lead Functions:

  • Assist with local risk assessments (FMEA, PLA, etc.).
  • Own Business Continuity Management Plan for India HR Functions.
  • Identify and remediate local issues and events.
  • Implement tasks for regulatory changes in the local area.
  • Aggregate and report local risk.
  • Identify local HR models.
  • Support audits and exams in the local area.
  • Provide risk advisory support for local HR.

Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelors Degree.
  • 8+ years experience in Project management leading cross-functional projects and programs in HR Risk.
  • 8+ years experience in Risk or Audit Management.
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
