Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to enhance software quality by developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and focusing on database testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
  • Manual and Automated Testing: Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
  • Database Analysis: Conduct extensive database analysis, including writing and executing SQL queries to validate data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira or similar.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in software testing (Freshers with strong knowledge are welcome).
  • SDLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Hands-on Experience: Manual testing, automation testing using Selenium or Cypress, database testing using SQL, and proficiency with bug tracking tools.
  • Agile Methodologies: Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

This role requires a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.
