The Role: Finance Content Development Executive

As a content development executive, your primary responsibility is to create high-quality training content for finance programs that meet quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop financial skills training content.
  • Develop assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain and update the repository of created content.
  • Review content created by team members and freelance developers.

Product, Client and Trainer Support:

  • Organize train-the-trainer sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
  • Facilitate client support activities through timely communication.
  • Support trainers in preparing for assigned trainings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or economics.
