Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to create high-quality training content for digital transformation and cybersecurity programs.

The ideal candidate will ensure that the developed content meets quality standards, aligns with industry trends, and caters to the specific needs of clients.

  • Develop comprehensive training programs in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing for diverse audiences.
  • Design assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Transform complex technical topics into clear and concise training materials.
  • Maintain a repository of all created content.
  • Update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new content.
  • Review content developed by team members and freelance experts.
  • Support the design and creation of client proposals and training outlines.

  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions.
  • Facilitate client support activities through timely communication of issues.
  • Support trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.
