Youth Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Life Skill Trainer/Mobiliser to join our team in Balotra, India.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for youth development and social transformation. They will be responsible for delivering the Foundation Course to new students, helping them build self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making abilities, and creating a supportive environment that encourages student participation and growth.

• Deliver the Foundation Course to new students
• Help students develop self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making skills
• Create a supportive environment that fosters student participation and growth

The Outreach Coordinator will engage with youth from nearby underserved communities, build strong relationships with families, serve as a role model, clearly and convincingly explain program benefits, and ensure maximum and eligible enrollment in line with program goals.

The preferred candidate profile includes being based in or near Balotra, having a relevant educational background, 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, Hindi and English proficiency, and deep empathy for community development and youth empowerment.
