About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people. As a Life Skill Trainer/Mobiliser, you will be responsible for delivering the Foundation Course, helping students build self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions that foster student participation and growth.
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Based in or near Balotra with immediate availability.
  • Relevant educational background and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong empathy for community development and youth empowerment.
