We're currently hiring for multiple impactful roles at our Balotra Lighthouse centre:

Open Positions:

1. Facilitator & Counselor (Life Skills Trainer)

2. Conduct the Foundation Course for new students at the Lighthouse.

3. Help students build self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making abilities.

4. Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth.

5. Outreach Coordinator

6. Mobilize youth from nearby underserved communities and build strong rapport with families.

7. Act as a role model and explain program benefits clearly and convincingly.
8. Ensure maximum and eligible enrolment in line with program goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Based in or near Balotra, with the ability to join immediately.
• Relevant educational background and 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills ( Hindi & English preferred).
• Deep empathy for community development and youth empowerment.
