Project Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic project lead to oversee our projects at scale. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely and successful project delivery within company policies and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project meetings and document key updates for effective follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners through regular communication.
  • Mentor and oversee team members, promoting professional growth and on-the-job training.
  • Oversee and guide project teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Evaluate and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
  • 4-6 years of project coordinating or managing experience in the IT industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Web & Mobile projects is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and learn new software as required.
