IT Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead fixed bid projects in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing from developer to lead and then PM, with strong technical and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects using SDLC methodologies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate across front-end and back-end technologies, with expertise in database design.
  • Utilize project planning and tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Foster effective communication with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
  • Implement and monitor quality processes, while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Analyze risks, troubleshoot problems, and provide technical guidance to teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a PM, with deep knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in client management, quality processes, and documentation.
  • Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
  • Experience handling projects within fixed bid budgets.
  • Based out of Chennai (SIPCOT IT Park) and willing to work from the office daily.
