Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our API Management efforts. As an API Management Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge API management solutions that drive business growth and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in integration implementation, architecture, and API management tools. They will also have experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and API-led architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with API management tools and IBM API Connect (APIC).
  • Deep understanding of REST APIs, API lifecycle management, security (OAuth, JWT, MTLS), and API gateway patterns.
  • Proven experience with API governance, developer portal configuration, and subscription models.
  • Expertise in building CI/CD pipelines and automation for API deployment.
  • Proficiency in API-led architecture and experience with API Management tools.
  • Familiarity with Observability concepts, Open Telemetry, and Splunk.
  • Familiarity with Backstage, Git Hubs, and Azure DevOps.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams.
