We are a global student housing platform that helps 80M students worldwide find and book full-time accommodations near their universities. Our platform offers a seamless and accessible experience, streamlining the process of finding and booking housing.

With over 1M+ student housing units listed in 6 countries and across 80 cities, we are growing rapidly and expanding our reach. Our goal is to make international mobility and living easier for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and grow relationships with accommodation partners across key markets.
  2. Drive portfolio expansion by identifying opportunities within existing partnerships.
  3. Improve property performance through data analysis and recommendations.
  4. Negotiate partnership agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-7 years of experience in B2B Accounts, Outbound Partnership management, Account management, and Business development.
  • Track record of driving growth in marketplace and platform businesses.
  • Analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and data interpretation.
  • Communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Process-oriented approach with experience in SOPs and operational efficiency.
  • International market exposure and cross-cultural experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ERPs, Email Campaign Tools, and partnership management tools.
