Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable designs that enhance spaces and improve lives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture and interior design, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential, hospitality, and healthcare projects. They will be proficient in Revit and have excellent communication and project management skills.

  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions to clients, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery, and growing professionally through personal development and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • To deliver highest quality design & drawing portfolio in a timely & efficient manner.
  • Ownership of Statutory drawings (for Mumbai and Mumbai Region projects).
  • To ensure adherence to manpower budgets for each activity in projects being handled.
  • To grow professionally and facilitate professional growth and development of the reporting team.
  • To provide timely and complete design solutions to clients, engendering high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor & Masters in Interior Design.
  • 5-10 years of expertise in doing Architectural projects (Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare) with proficiency in Revit.
