Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will own the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Onboarding & Scale-up
Demonstrate value to customers by conceptualizing and executing platform adoption campaigns. Analyze and fine-tune campaigns for improved results.
- Customer Retention & Value Delivery
Understand each customer's unique business needs and objectives from travel and expense. Deliver insights in quarterly business reviews to drive customer loyalty.
- Cross-functional Project Management
Collaborate with internal teams to sustain customer value. Act as a project manager to drive rapid resolution of customer requests.
- Customer Advocacy Development
Turn customers into champions by securing testimonials and case studies. Cultivate customer references and facilitate referral opportunities.
- Product & Market Intelligence
Gather customer feedback to inform product development. Collaborate with product teams on feature prioritization and provide market insights.
Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a seasoned professional with:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success (min 1+ year in the US market)
Must-Have Skills:
- Native-level English proficiency
- Strong analytical capabilities (especially in data analysis)
- Interest in understanding businesses and industries
- Independent work style
- Comfortable learning new software
Preferred:
- Project management background
- Email marketing and customer engagement experience
