B2B Business Head Job Opportunity

We've made significant strides already, expanding to over 12 cities in 15 months and securing Series A2 funding of $16 million. Notable investors include Accel and Celesta Capital.

This role calls for a seasoned Commercial Business Head to lead our B2B strategy in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management
  • A strong understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local networks
  • A proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience

The successful candidate will develop and execute the B2B business strategy for the Bangalore region, identify market trends, build a strong local presence, drive client acquisition, and own revenue targets. They will also manage a high-performing sales and account management team and provide mentorship and performance KPIs.

Key Requirements
  1. B2B Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in leading B2B business units, managing sales teams, or holding regional business management positions.
  2. Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the Bangalore market, including local networks and partnerships.
  3. Business Growth: Proven ability to achieve regional revenue targets, scale businesses, and drive growth through innovative strategies.
  4. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
  5. Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial understanding, with hands-on experience in P&L management and financial planning.
