Assistant Manager - Purchase to Pay

">About the Role:">
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for P2P operational activities, including end-to-end processing of supplier invoices within agreed timelines and responding to queries.
  • Processing of invoices for global regions in Oracle Fusion.
  • Investigating and resolving any queries received from vendors and employees.
  • Meeting process SLA's and consistency on turnaround time.
  • Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible for vendor invoice approval processes and ensuring that they are supported by all relevant documents for audit and statutory compliances.
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls/emails to suppliers in case of any query on invoices.
  • Improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of department priorities, specifically supporting better customer experience, relevant management reporting, risk reduction, and efficiency.
  • Collaborating effectively across different organisational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies to realise procurement goals and objectives.
  • Understanding and working within the existing system architecture and technology landscape within FIL.
  • Possessing extensive expertise in MS Excel and understanding analytical tools like PowerBI, Power Automate, and Power Query.
  • Demonstrating a change mindset.
  • Working knowledge of SOX implementation and review.
">Requirements:

We're looking for someone with 4-6 years of strong P2P experience, including Accounts Payable. You should have good communication skills, effective written and verbal skills, and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Flexible working hours with multiple time zones are required. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) is necessary.

A strong analytical skillset, including knowledge of accounting principles and processes, is needed. Exposure to working in a global environment with an ability to work with people across the globe in different time zones and cultures is preferred.
