**Job Description & Summary:**

A career in Procurement Management will provide you with the opportunity to develop and manage the procurement of all goods and services required by organizations for operational and strategic purposes.

As a part of the team, you'll assist in developing standard practices and compliance infrastructure, managing relationships for both internal clients and suppliers to aid in the strategic selection of suppliers, supplier diversity, and contract negotiations.

The role involves acquiring services and capital equipment and goods. You will serve as the relationship manager for both internal clients and suppliers by seeking appropriate solutions for all sourcing needs, creating, reviewing, and negotiating contractual arrangements through thought leadership, subject matter specialisation, and strategic advising.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative approaches to sourcing while using analytics and processes to determine scenarios, benefits, risks, and change management impact of each option.
  • Manage sourcing activities by preparing, issuing, and evaluating bid and RFx requests.
  • Collaborate with legal and internal business clients to prepare, analyze, negotiate, and revise various types of commercial contracts.
  • Provide analytical & reporting support focusing on team performance that will enable improvements to oversight, controls, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
