Pidilite Industries Limited is seeking a highly motivated Sales Territory Manager to join its team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for achieving overall sales objectives and driving growth in assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve primary sales target and secondary targets in DRCP outlets in assigned WSS TTY
  • Achieve specific product-wise sales objectives on a monthly/quarterly basis as per plan
  • WSS Management: Understand WSS management functions such as WSS policy, enforcement, claim management, balance confirmations, and suggest corrective actions in case of exceptions
  • Support Secondary in ISR covered outlets
  • Deliver secondary targets in top outlets through superior engagement and tie-up programs
  • End User Engagement: Perform activities like Naka meets/RKP/Formal meets as per plan, enroll new users in RTG programs, and encourage them to earn higher points every month
