
Compensation & Benefits Professional - Total Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional to join our HR team. This role focuses on compensation and benefits management — ensuring that our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well maintained.
You will work closely with payroll and HR teams but this role is specifically for someone experienced in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, not general HR or payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyse compensation and benefits data.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
- Support the design and implementation of compensation policies.
- Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
- Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.
Requirements:
- 2 to 7 years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
- Candidates from Tier 1 and 2 Institutes preferred.
- Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
- Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in a 6-day work week environment.
Please note: This role is not suitable for candidates specialized in payroll processing, HR generalist roles, HR business partners, or talent acquisition.
