Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
- Technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Qualifications: Btech, BCA, Bsc Computer Science or Diploma in Engineering.
- Languages required: Gujarati, English and Hindi.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in customer service.
