Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Tata Technologies.


About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through various accounts in various vertical markets using a strategic approach. You will understand and sell technology solutions that solve high-level business problems with minimal assistance, incorporating solutions from top Engineering, Manufacturing, CAD, CAM, and PLM software OEMs along with complimentary Tata Technology services and support.


Key Responsibilities


- Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Establish and maintain customer relationships independently up to senior management level
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge of Tata Technology solutions
- Travel may be required to meet with customers and partners


Requirements


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales and business development experience in a software solutions environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in selling subscription, cloud, or SaaS-based solutions is a plus
